Strengthening Your Personal Resilience and Wellbeing – for Teachers and Teacher Aides
Strengthening your Personal Resilience and maintaining your Wellbeing is essential to ensure that you are functioning at your best in the classroom and with your colleagues.
Teachers and teachers aides are often focused on putting the needs of others before their own, you must look after yourself first.
This interactive Zoom workshop explores several resilience models and how you can apply them to your current working situation.
Come away from the workshop with practical ideas you can implement to grow and strengthen your resilience, as well as, tips and tools to support and maintain your wellbeing.
