Individualised Development Programme
The Individualised Development Programme is an opportunity to tailor the areas and topics covered to meet your specific development needs.

The initial meeting focus is to discuss your current situation, challenges and goals. From there, agreed expected outcomes are established and the first action plan with clear actionable steps towards meeting your goals is developed.

 

The following sessions are made up of four parts, beginning with a review of the action plan, identifying successes, failures and challenges.

The sharing of tools for your tool kit and developing skills specifically to address your needs and challenges make up the next part of the session.

From there, a coaching conversation that will lead to the formulation of an action plan to work on between sessions.

 

The final session follows this structure, formulating a next steps action plan and includes a summative review of your goals.

You will be provided with a final summary document for your portfolio.

  

This programme can be delivered via video conferencing or face to face.
